Refund policy
We do not accept returns unless as a result of a faulty or incorrect item. As per the product descriptions, handmade items are subject to minor blemishes and/or air bubbles which are all part of what make them unique. This is not considered a fault and will not impact the functionality of the product. Returns won't be granted as a result of these minor imperfections.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 3 working days) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
